TRUST & TRANSPARENCY

Know what Safar does.
And what it doesn't.

Clear boundaries for a more connected pilgrimage experience.

Our role

Safar is an independent Umrah discovery and pilgrimage-group preparation platform in a founding pilot. Safar does not sell or fulfill travel packages, charge travelers for agency bookings, or verify passports, visas, or entry eligibility.

Agency partners

Prospective agencies and their packages are reviewed before public listing. Review is not a guarantee of travel outcome. Agencies handle bookings, payments, fulfillment, travel documentation guidance, changes and refunds directly. Initial listings are free; proposed Umrah referral commissions apply only under separately signed qualifying agreements, not merely because someone submits an inquiry.

Hajj is different

Safar supports Hajj preparation and group coordination only. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by Nusuk or the Saudi Ministry of Hajj and Umrah. Hajj registration, booking and payment remain with applicable official or authorized channels. Visit official Nusuk Hajj.

Preparation and group privacy

Checklist completion is self-reported. Group members see their own tasks; authorized group managers may see permitted progress needed for coordination. Do not submit passport scans, payment card details or sensitive traveler documents in preparation tasks or interest forms.

Interest and contact details

Founding interest forms collect the name, email and optional planning details you choose to provide, with explicit opt-in to be contacted about the specified pilot. They are stored privately for Safar review and are not automatically published, transferred to an agency, or treated as a booking. No automated marketing campaign is active. You can request follow-up about your submitted information through the same founding conversations; a signed-in in-app support request form is available at /support; a dedicated verified email/contact channel must still be published before broad onboarding.

This overview explains the pilot and is not a substitute for completed legal privacy and commercial terms. Broad public onboarding remains gated on those documents and role-based testing.
