The proposed 5% applies only to attributable, confirmed qualifying partner bookings under an executed agreement. An impression, click, listing or inquiry alone does not trigger it. Safar records eligible commission, invoice issuance and independently verified payments separately; nothing is automatically charged. Attribution, cancellations, reporting and payment terms are defined in that agreement.
Eligible approved Umrah groups with confirmed bookings through participating Safar agencies receive the group workspace without an additional organizer platform fee. An inquiry alone does not qualify. Founder-reviewed documented eligibility and the partner agreement determine which confirmed group bookings unlock access.
