FOUNDING PILOT

Know the role
Safar plays.

This overview explains the pilot experience. Final legally reviewed platform terms and agency agreements are still needed before broad onboarding.

Safar provides coordination, not travel

Safar helps people discover published Umrah agency listings and share private group itineraries, announcements and preparation tasks. Agencies separately confirm travel services, prices, contract terms, cancellations, refunds and payments. A Safar inquiry is not a booking.

Marketplace review

Agencies and packages are reviewed before publication. A verified Safar marketplace status is not a guarantee of any particular travel outcome, inventory, documentation or eligibility. Confirm important details directly before paying an agency.

Groups and planned pricing

Eligible confirmed Umrah partner-booked groups may receive Connected Groups without an additional organizer fee. The independent $149-per-trip checkout and optional $199-per-month Agency software subscription are planned and not currently active. Founding agency referral fees depend on separate signed terms and qualifying confirmed attributable bookings, not inquiries alone.

Hajj booking

Safar is independent from Nusuk and the Saudi Ministry of Hajj and Umrah. Hajj registration, bookings and payments stay with applicable official or authorized channels. Safar does not verify visas, passports or entry eligibility.

Safe pilot use

Use invitations privately and provide accurate group information. Preparation checkmarks are self-reported. Do not enter sensitive identity documents or payment card information into the pilot.
